 Regional Training Coordinator

We are hiring a part-time, temporary Regional Training Coordinator for the Wildfire Business Transition Program. 

The Regional Training Coordinator is responsible for: 

  • Researching workshop topics as determined by the Wildfire Business Transition Committee
  • Coordinating regional workshops within the wildfire affected areas (Ashcroft, Williams Lake & Quesnel)
  • Arranging presenters/speakers, venues, catering, equipment, travel arrangements and additional insurance where required
  • Creating/Promoting marketing materials (posters, mail out flyers, brochures, Facebook post, website)for workshops in each community
  • Collecting evaluation and attendance sheets from each workshop/training session for reporting purposes
  • Monthly reporting on regional workshop activities and outcomes
  • Financial recording and tracking following set budget for each workshop/training session

The successful candidate will be based within the affected region (Ashcroft, Williams Lake or Quesnel).  We encourage applicants throughout the region to apply. 

Job Type: Part-time - 25 to 30 hours/week

                 Temporary - 1 Year

Salary: $20 to $25/hourly

Start Date: As soon as possible
